ZeniShift: Prism Power

With the rise of her hand, Usagi Tsukino evoked the Moon Prism Power Makeup command, wrapping herself in ribbons of glowing colors.

When used over white, Prism Power is a peachy pink with blue highlights reminiscent of Sailor Moon’s fingernails. Used over black, it is a blue with a pink shift.
